Ingredients
200 gm fish fillets
25 gm onion (sliced)
10 gm coriander leaves (chopped)
10 ml lemon juice
5 gm green chilli
50 gm oregano potatoes
100 gm boiled vegetables
25 gm tomatoes
50 gm butter
25 ml fresh cream
20 gm mustard seeds paste
10 gm salt
2 gm white pepper powder
2 gm mustard seeds powder
2 gm chopped parsley
25 gm lettuce
25 gm lemon juice
Method
Marinate the cleaned fish fillet in salt, white pepper powder, mustard seeds powder and lemon juice.
Boil the fish fillets and keep aside.
Prepare the mustard sauce by sauteing the sliced onions until golden in colour and then add mustard seeds paste and green chilli.
Mix lemon juice to liquid sauce. Season it properly.
Sprinkle chopped parsley and coriander leaves and finish with fresh cream
