Ingredients
150 gm boneless mutton pieces
5 gm salt
175 gm rice (white)
2 gm cumin seeds powder
2 gm cinnamon powder
2 gm black pepper (crushed)
25 gm cornflour
2 gm parsley (chopped)
50 gm butter
For garnishing:
tomato
sweet lime
lettuce
Method:
First of all marinate the boneless pieces of mutton and cook. Prepare rice and keep aside.
Prepare the adobo sauce with cumin, cinnamon and crushed black pepper. Place the cooked white rice and mutton already cooked with the sauce in the centre place.
Garnish with tomato, sweet lime and lettuce and serve.
