Ingredients
200 gm chicken
10 gm salt
2 gm white pepper powder
10 ml Worcestershire sauce
20 ml white vinegar
25 gm capsicum
25 gm green onions
20 gm sour cream
50 gm salsa Mexicana
25 gm cheese
(grated)
3 flour tortillas
10 gm red chilli powder
Method
Marinate the chicken in salt, white pepper powder, Worcestershire sauce, white vinegar and red chilli powder.
Grill it on a barbecue. Serve it hot on a sizzler on a bed of cabbage with sour cream, grated cheese and flour tortillas.
