Maxicana Food - Vegetable fajitas

Ingredients
80 gm potatoes (boiled)
30 gm carrots
30 gm cauliflower
30 gm green beans
30 gm green peas
50 gm cottage cheese
25 gm capsicum (julienne)
25 gm spring onions
20 gm salt
5 gm white pepper powder
10 gm red chilli powder
2 gm cumin seeds powder
20 gm sour cream
25 gm grated cheese
3 flour tortillas
50 gm salsa Mexicana

Method
Marinate the vegetables in salt, white pepper powder, red chilli powder and cumin seeds powder.

Grill it on a barbecue.

Serve it hot on sizzler on a bed of cabbage. Serve with sour cream, grated cheese and flour tortillas.
